Who we are

BAZ is a full-service marketing and PR agency in Business Bay, Dubai, trusted by industry leaders from hospitality giants like Accor and IHG to bold new developments by Kleindienst Group and Intercat Hospitality. We work across brand strategy, PR, digital and social media, influencer marketing, content production, photography and videography, advertising campaigns, web design and AI-driven growth.

Who we look for

We are always interested in hearing from strategists, PR and media specialists, social media managers, content creators, copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, performance marketers, web developers and account managers. Arabic and English fluency is a strong advantage. Experience in the UAE or GCC market is valued but not essential if your work speaks for itself.

Open roles

We do not always advertise every position. When we are hiring, roles are posted on our LinkedIn page and shared on our social channels. Even if nothing is listed, a strong speculative application is always welcome.

Internships

We run internships for students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in an agency environment. Interns work alongside our team on live client projects and leave with a portfolio, not just a certificate.
