These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the baz.ae website and set out the general terms on which Bayan Alzahabi Marketing & PR ("BAZ", "we", "us") provides marketing and public relations services. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Use of the website

You may browse and share content from our website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish our content, case studies or imagery without written permission, or use the website in any way that could damage it or interfere with other users.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and design, belongs to Bayan Alzahabi Marketing & PR or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. Client logos and campaign material appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Our services

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or service agreement. Where these Terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails. Our services include brand strategy and consulting, branding and identity design, public relations, digital and social media marketing, influencer marketing, creative and content production, photography and videography, advertising campaigns, website design and development, and AI-driven marketing packages.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, brand assets, approvals and feedback within agreed timelines.
• Confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
• Approve content before publication. Once approved, the client is responsible for the accuracy of claims made about its own products and services.
• Comply with UAE advertising, media and consumer-protection regulations for the content we publish on your behalf.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within the period stated in the agreement. Media spend, influencer fees, production costs and other third-party costs are billed separately and may require advance payment. Late payments may result in work being paused.

Ownership of deliverables

On full payment, the client owns the final approved deliverables created specifically for it. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, tools and any pre-existing material, and grant the client a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Results

Marketing and PR outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including media, platforms, audiences and market conditions. We commit to professional, data-driven work but cannot guarantee specific coverage, rankings, follower counts, sales or other results unless expressly stated in an agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement and use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, reputation or data.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period in the agreement. Fees for work completed and third-party costs committed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
